Widget Need Update (validation problems)

While validating my website with validator.w3.org I noticed a few things in this plugin that need some love.

1. All <img> tags require an alt="" attribute. Whether it remains empty or not doesn’t matter, as long as it’s there.
2. The border="" attribute is obsolete.

Add/remove as you see fit between lines 131-137 in widget.php
