What’s the URL of the problem site?
In the future, provide an accurate URL with the problem being demonstrated like http://www.dreamfocusstudio.com/about/.
For me, http://www.dreamfocusstudio.com/about/ testimonials rotation works fine on OS X Chrome.
If it’s not working for you, please provide the steps to replicate your issue.
P.S.: Those are some beautifully oriented photos…
Thanks Michael!! I’m also using OS X Chrome and its not rotating. I checked Firefox as well as another computer. I have the widget placed on http://wwww.dreamfocusstudio.com/about, http://www.dreamfocusstudio.com/book-session/, http://www.dreamfocusstudio.com/blog/ , and http://www.dreamfocusstudio.com/contact/. I’m really thinking that has to do with step #10 in your FAQ section. Could you explain further how to remove the extra JQuery from the theme. The problem started happening when I tried turn on a them option which uses JQuery. Would I remove this from the file area or from the CSS? Just a liitle confused about that….. Thank you so much for your time!
On my MBA with OS X Chrome, the links above worked fine. Even multiple browsers.
On the airport computer here, Windows ? Chrome, the rotations not happening. I suspect there’s a conflict with your theme’s fancybox code.
If you open up the dev tools, F12, and look at the Console pane, you’ll see JavaScript errors. When you get those sorted, I figure Testimonials Widget will work just fine again.
