Widget not scroll – Help

Hello,
I put this page in example, but that’s not working in all page.
I try to scroll the Facebook TimeSlide widget. I use the Facebook developper script.
I try all the configurations of “Fixed Widget” but certainly not the good one or the good combinaison. I try to put the ID of the widget “fb-page”, but no good reaction too. The only think we can see is the 10px upper edge (if I change this value, of course that’s change the reaction of the widget but only with a jump of the value I put, not a scroll.)
You can found as follox, the parts of the code of the page. To easy found it I put as legend “Our Facebook page” :

Maybe an incompatibility with the Pen Theme but this theme get a footer page ?
I put “pen_footer” as value of stop ID, but that’s change nothing.
Apparently “pen_footer” is the ID of the footer in this theme.
I didn’t found, so if you can get a solution.
