Widget not working when logged out

    I am having some really annoying problems with widgets, I have tried text widgets, and have even created my own widget and still having the same problem.

    I am trying to make a widget for a ad/widget which i need to display on my blog for advertising purposes, but its not working when logged out and am clueless as to why.

    http://dansgalaxy.co.uk No widget login (example user dan/pass123) and u can see it.

    Why is this???
