The widget panel on our website has recently been stuck on loading. The issue isn’t due to a memory limit as we’ve already increased it before. We suspected it could be due to autoptimize configuration, but we checked the settings, and even deactivated and there was no change. We’ve deactivated several suspecting conflicting plugin, also no results. We’ve also tried rolling back to a previous version but that also didn’t work.

We would really appreciate the support on this issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
have you tried the guides at these links?

    Elementor widget panel not loading
    Can’t edit with Elementor

    Hi,

Please note that sometimes firewalls/extensions/browsers can cause this issue as well.

Try changing them and see if the issue persists.

In case it does not, delete the Elementor and clear cache, when you’re done reinstall and regenerate CSS.

    Update us when you can.

I thought the issue was a conflict with autoptimize as the problem began after recently installing it. I uninstalled the plugin, cleared all cached data, and regenerated elementor’s css.

    Still that didn’t wotk.

I also tried using different browsers.

    Hi @leoceros

Can you send us your system info from Elementor -> System info?

    Hello @ozyeger

As I checked the system info, it turns out the memory limit was in fact 256 M. I increased it to 516 M and the problem is now solved.

    Thank you!
