This company does not have humans answering the support email. I keep emailing them and they respond with a very computer like response claiming they didn’t receive the email. Makes no sense! I wish I had never bought this plugin, but already too deep!

Please fix the issue, I have re-installed over and over! No matter which gallery setting I use the following error pops-up ruining the look of the gallery:
