Widget plugin on a non widget theme

I’d like to use this plugin called punBB Latest Topics Widget.
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/punbb-latest-topics/Problem is the theme that I am using doesn’t support theme. Is there any easy way for me to use this plugin even if I don’t have a theme? Maybe a command that I can use?
