• the site is run by me and another person and when ever we go to the widgets page we cant move them when I turn the plugins all off the problem fixes but some of those plugins are what I need to be displayed I have already tried going through the plugins to see if one is causing the problem only to come up with nothing I have deleted all cookies and cache files and it still did not work she uses Google chrome(30.0.1559.69) I use internet explorer 6 I believe also our stats that appear on the grayish black bar on the top of the screen have disappeared it is a graph telling us our site traffic o and this problem as well affects our page options making it so we can not change our layout or any other options please help and break it down gently we have absolutely no experience in websites

  • You said that if you turn all of your plugins off the problems fixed, so that’s the first place to start.

    Disable all of the plugins to start with, and then re-enable them one-by-one – and check to see if you can move the widgets between each plugin that you switch back on again. If you do each one in turn and test between each one you’ll find out which one is causing the problem. Once you know that you’ll be able to ask more specific questions about what’s happening.
