Widget & shortcode not working

    Hi. I use this amazing plugin, I created the forms and linked the API but it doesn’t work when I use widgets or shortcodes.
    What information can I send to you for help solve the problem?

    Hi there,
    Thanks for reaching out!

    Would you please confirm if you have created your forms with the builder that is built into the plugin, or from your Sendinblue account directly?

    If forms are created from within your Sendinblue account directly, it will be necessary to add them via HTML or iframe instead of with a short code. If they are created with the plugin, however, then the shortcode should work for embedding the form.
