Just go to your widgets and drag it in the sidebar, the name of the widget is ‘Display add in sidebar’.

Ah, got it! Now I am just seeing a blank box…do I need to activate something to allow the ads to start serving? Or will adsense automatically start to deliver ads after a few days?

How do you add square ads in sidebar ?
I didnt see any option to do that, should I edit the code and do it the hard way or is there any other option i am missing ?
I’ve just uploaded the widget into my sidebar (following instructions in above comments because I too was lost!) and I’m not sure where I go to configure. I can see the code associated with the plugin but where do I set the parameters for this widget (Pub ID, text or image ads, etc). Seems all rather difficult for non-techies like me.
Hope you can offer suggestion. I have a new WP theme deployed that is basically controlled by widgets so if I can’t get the widget to work I have to move on to another plugin.
