Thanks for the reply. I just re-installed the plugin. it’s showing on the page fine. but where the chart should go there is a spinning dot. ” as it is loading” and the chart is not showing. it just keep spinning. Any ideas?

Glad it’s working. I can’t see the ticker on your site – can you send me URL to the specific link ?
This means that it’s probably having a server issue. This happens sometimes if there’s a lot of traffic coming into the ticker.

Well I’ve looked into it and it seems that you have some JS errors confilicting with the plugin. Your site seems to be the only one with this problem, perhaps it’s your theme or something.
