Widget subscribing form does not work

    Hi,

    My widget subscribing form does not work : no confirmation message, new address not added to the subscribers list, and subscriber does not get confirmation email.

    I deactivated all other extensions, but it still does not work (although it used to). I’m using the newest free version of Emails & Subscribers.

    Hi there,

    The above described issue still not solved. Aditya, did you have any chance to use the temporary admin access I sent you last week to see by yourself ?

    Today I deleted and re-installed your plugin, but the probleme remains : can’t subscribe.
    I again tried after deactivating all other extensions, but I did not work as well.
    I need help, please !

    Hi Cmils,

    I can see that I requested temporary access to your site and I did’t recieve the link and so I could not be able to check that. Can you send the link to the same email so that I can check the issue and get it resolved at the earliest?
