Widget text block error on Starter’s Modern store theme

Hello,

I tried to install blocksy.2.1.44 + blocksy-companion, and select Starter’s Modern Store theme on WP 6.8.3-6.9.4 + Woocommerce10.5.3- 10.6.2, all versions cause error as following, the issue happen when to click Appearance -> widgets, and I tried to delete/update the problem widgets, but after refresh it is back again.

any suggestion/idea to solve the issue?
