Widget Text Formating

I am trying to format a widget header font. However I cannot seem to find where to do this. I am a beginner on all of this so if you have a direction for dummies that will be much appreciated.

Basically I’d like to centre and colour code it Black perhaps?

Any help would greatly appreciated.
