Widget title font size

    I am trying to change the font size of a widget on my site. My site is 911cancerfund.us

    You can see the widget on the rights and it’s a contact us box. I tried to change it in the style sheet but there is literally no section for the widget-title. And when I try to make one it doesn’t take. Am I doing this totally wrong? Please advise.
