    Hi,
If I go to widgets page I can see the three language tabs on top but switching is useless. It keeps last text entered.
I tried to use quicktags to translate the widget but they are not accepted and upon on saving they are sanitized, so I cannot have the right text for each language.
This is the counter I’m using but it would be nice to translate each widget whenever is needed, at least using quicktags.

    Thanks.

  • You need to save widget settings for each language.
If You want to translate third-party widget You need add the widget configuration in config file.
Widget title is in con config for all widgets. Additional settings You need to add by yourself.

    Hi,
I don’t understand. Do you mean that I can translate only the widget title?
I see I used a page builder in my homepage with 3 widgets in a row and I added quicktags and they are working fine.
To have other text translated do I have to add it like options in the wpm-config.json I created other day?
Is there a way you can let use quicktags for any widget field? It would be easier also for people not developer like me
    Thanks

All WordPress built-in widgets is translating.

Each plugin have own settings what a developer create it as he want. And it is impossible to predict all this.

You can contact a developer and it will help you to integrate other plugins.

Or You can use WPML or Polylang if WP Multilang is very difficult for You.
The configuration settings for the translation are configured via the file. About this described in the description of the plugin.
If it could be made easier, then I would do it.

    @wocmultimedia
You mean translate text in prev/next links?

    Yes, my friend

I see what default functions for display prev/next link is translating. https://goo.gl/NFC9vU
In your theme an author wrote own functions for prev/next links https://goo.gl/X7etnx and they using raw title string. Without filters. You need redeclare this functions in a child theme and use filters for post titles.
