Widgetized Orange Sky?

    Billy (aka Gizmo) over at bullseyephotos.com has been doing a wonderful job porting wordpress themes forCoppermine. I decided to go with Orange Sky so now finally my WP and coppermine share the same theme.

    My question is..Is there a widgetized version of Orange Sky out there? and if not, is anyone willing to do it? I do what I can, but I honestly don’t have the time to learn how to widgetize a theme.

    If I could get my hands on a widgetized Orange Sky theme I think I might actually jump up and down.

    Everyone has time to learn. You want it bad enough, you’ll make time for it 🙂

    Besides, its hardly difficult to widgetize themes.

    Just download the Widget plugin from Automattic Widget Sidebar Plugin and copy the functions.php into your Orange Sky theme. Then insert relevant php code, which you’ll find on the same site into the sidebar where you want the widgets to appear.

    All the information you need to get this working is available to read, and learn, on Automattic.

    Simple.

    I’d tell you exactly how to widgetize the theme, if you’d post a link to the theme itself so that I could download it and look at it.

    Widgetizing themes is easy. Takes less than 5 minutes.
