Widgets and some other changes doesn't showing

Hi there. I have make some changes, like logo, widgets and some code to my site more than a week now. Now, for example, I have my old logo to my front page and the new to some specific pages or posts. The same problem I have for widgets and code changes also.
What you suggest me to do and for what reason is happening that.. Is it my fault?
