    The issue has now been resolved — we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    To make sure everything works correctly on your site, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Advanced tab in the plugin settings.
    2. Click the Re-Create plugin button to reset the plugin.
    3. Reconnect your business and reconfigure the widget settings.

    There is no need to re-embed the shortcode on your site — the existing one will continue to work.

    If you notice anything unusual after these steps, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

    I also has problem with less reviews that I have. I did all these steps – but it doesn’t work.

    In order to assist you, we will need the Troubleshooting text. You can find this in the plugin’s Advanced tab under the Troubleshooting box. Click on “Copy to clipboard” to copy the details. Please insert the copied text into a Pastebin and share the generated URL.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    There was an issue on our side related to the review count, where the widget displayed fewer reviews than the actual number available on your Google profile. This has now been fixed.

    Please try the following steps to ensure everything is updated properly on your site:

    1. Go to the “Advanced” tab in the plugin settings.
    2. Click the “Re-Create plugin” button to reset the plugin.
    3. Reconnect your business.
    4. Reconfigure the widget settings if needed.

    If you have already inserted the shortcode on your page, you do not need to insert it again.

    Please also note that the free version of the plugin displays up to 10 reviews in the widget. If you have more reviews on Google, only 10 will be shown in the free version.

    Let us know if the issue still persists after these steps.
