I have a website that had an old version (2.6.4) of Page Builder. After updating to the latest version (2.16.7) I noticed that a lot of widgets were missing on a page. This page has a “grid” of rows with 4 image widgets on each row. After the update only the first 10 widgets are visible on the Edit post page. All the other locations are empty. When I save the page, the widgets are also gone on the public part of the site.

I deleted 2.16.7 and tried older versions and found out that 2.15.0 works and 2.16.0 causes problems. I think this is caused by update 2.15.3, because it has the comment “Rows/Cells: Prevented possible data mismatch.”.

    Can you solve this problem?

    Hi

Thanks for your detailed report. This sounds like a potentially complex investigation where direct access would be very helpful or at least the ability to quickly share files. If possible, kindly contact our premium support desk. We’ve been asked to not share an email address on this forum in the past so if you could kindly reach out via the contact form on the Contact page of the SiteOrigin website, that would be most appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Andrew
