Widgets Missing

    Hi,
    I noticed that my widgets had gone missing so I went to the admin and found that the appearance tab was missing!

    I recently upgraded to the latest version 2.8.4

    I have done a restore from backup but it is still the same!

    can that particular file be located and uploaded or is there another solution.
