Widgets not available on ww.wp.xz.cn

    I recently moved my free wordpress.com site to a ww.wp.xz.cn site and I have no options for any of the widgets that I used on the free site. There isn’t an option to follow the site and I can’t add share buttons to the blog portion of the site, add a link to a book, a blogroll, etc. Can these be accessed somewhere else. Do I need to pick a particular theme to have access to these?
