Widgets not in Presentation Tab

    Hello,
    I am not able to find a way to drag and drop widgets. From what I understand, there should be a “Widgets” tab under the “Presentation” tab of my Admin panel. Is this correct? Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how I might remedy this?
