Widgets Not Listing

    Why for the life of me can I not get any of new widgets to list on my widgets page? I have changed themes and tried several widgets and I still don’t see the new widgets to place in my sidebar! More specifically, the wp-polls widget or the Democracy widget. Is there something in this process that I’m missing in WP 2.7.1 besides uploading and activating the widget? Please help. Thanks

    I’m also using PHP 5.2.8 and there’s just no luck. Why are none of the widgets working? Can someone please help me with this? It’s driving me crazy.
