Widgets not loading

I am using Responsive theme on my website. Yesterday when I tried to update few texts on widgets, it was not loading widget options. For example if its text type of widget then I do not see any textarea to edit text to the widget. It shows shows title, delete, close and save buttons.

Can you help me fix this issue.
