Widgets not showing

Hi,

For some reason I can’t make widgets to work on Colibri either free or pro. What I need is to add custom HTML to the built in widget areas found in Appearance->Widgets.

However no matter how I twist it, nothing is showing. I’ve tested on my other websites, which are running other themes and everything is working as expected.

Could someone assist with this problem, as I don’t need any additional areas, but just to insert the HTML, which itself will be included in all pages.
