After updating the plugin, my widgets are not working. I cannot make any changes to the widget settings (drag/drop/expand/etc). When I disable wp-property plugin, I can make changes.

I had a similar problem and fixed it by installing this plugin http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/use-google-libraries/

I also had to clear by browser cache and reboot my computer.

FYI I fixed this by removing the dotmailer widget plugin.
