WIDGETS not working

I’m trying to use all shortcodes indicated but none of them are working like at https://recencio.com/

In my WP I can see in the configuration page at “reviews” the following WIGDETS:
Rcno Book Slider
Rcno Book Grid
Rcno Tag Cloud
Rcno Review Calendar
And others

How are the detailed instructions to create a POST with this? could you share some screenshots? not only the SHORTCODE becuase in my case says “No entries were found for the taxonomy “Author”.” but all my books have this field with information

The widgets that come with the plugin are available at the WordPress widgets page (Appearance > Widgets).

Can you you me your website, so that I can see how you’re using the Recencio plugin?

Sorry I forgot to mention that I’m using Shapely Theme
http://www.maximiza.com/reviews is working
http://maximiza.com/uncategorized/listado/ is workng (BUT author is not showing) I’ve used at the end of Home Page
http://maximiza.com/innovation/genero/ is NOT WORKING
http://maximiza.com/uncategorized/author/ is NOT WORKING
Rcno Book Slider -> images ARE HUGE (in MEDIA LIBRARY only 150×150)
Rcno Tag Cloud -> not working?
Rcno Review Calendar ->
And others… how do I put them else than Home Page?

You have not entered and saved the “author” for any of the reviews you have created.

For the “Rcno Book Slider” widget, you have placed it in an area of your theme that is too wide. It should be placed in the sidebar area.

For the “Rcno Tag Cloud” widget, you have not entered an taxonomies on your reviews.

Can you show me a screenshot of the WordPress admin review edit screen, I want to see where you have entered the book’s author.
