Did you set a group ID as the error suggests? What happens if you try?
OK, it is working in widgets when I select the block “Adrotate” and the group id.
I was using the block “Adrotate Group” and selecting the group id here is not working.
Since the first block is working, that’s fine, I will switch from the Adrotate group block to the Adrotate block.

What version of AdRotate Banner Manager do you use?
How do you set up the block?
Same error here with the AdRotate Group block. Needed to rollback your plugin to 5.12.4, with that version everything’s working fine.
