• I am want to insert a language menu to the header via widget.

But when I go to the Customiser > Widgets I receive the following message:

Your theme has 7 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.

You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customiser to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.

    How can I solve this?

    Kind regards,

    Isabella

  • Hi,

Are you using any custom header/footer plugin? If yes, please disable and check.
If possible please share te snapshot of the issue.

Please go to Appearance > widgets and try to add the widgets and check.

    Hello,

thank you for trying to help me.

Even if I disable all my plugin I still receive the same error:

Whatever changes I try to make at Appearance > widgets does not have any effect.

    Hi,

This is not an error, this is just a notification that you should be on that page where the widget area should display the widget.

Please read the second paragraph in the notification.

Oh, ok. Then I suppose that means that trying to add an extra widget area to my header to insert a second menu on the right end of my header did not work.

Do you have an idea how i can make it possible to add a second menu at the right end of my header?
