Widgets not working in Shell Lite | ww.wp.xz.cn

Hello, It appears that none of my widgets are working on my shell lite theme. I have received the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_active_sidebar() in D:\hosting\10243205\html\wp-content\plugins\widgetize-pages-light\include\otw_sbm_core.php on line 210
We are using GoDaddy as the host. The website address is http://blasicsmithteam.com

Any assistance on how to get this fixed is appreciated.

Hey Robert,

It’s not theme related, seems like the problem is in this plugin: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/widgetize-pages-light/

Remove the plugin and this would be gone.

Are you using the most recent version of the problematic plugin:

I removed the plugin and I still have the same error message. And yes, i was using the most recent version.

Make sure you have cleared any and all caches. Also try completely deleting that plugin and resetting the plugins folder:

I’ve cleared the cache and followed the instructions for resetting the plugins and that plugin has been removed and its still not working. When i look into my godaddy account and in the wp-content folder it appears that the sidebar.php files have been removed. I’m not sure how to get everything reset so I can get it working again. Any suggestions?
