widgets page

My widget page is screwed up. I am using twenty eleven child theme.
It used to be a drag and drop set up – drag from the left and drop on the right. Now everything is all aligned left with no drag and drop ability. What is up with this?
I would like to post a screen capture showing this but I see no options available.

Did you make any changes to the theme? You can upload a screenshot by using http://www.techsmith.com/download/jing/ and share the link so we can take a look.
Thanks. Very cool. Here is the link: http://screencast.com/t/4f4Ya4k1B
Below that is more stuff on the left only telling me what is active. Weird.I second this post having same issue happening to me and then it shows only 1 widget on my sidebar
I am looking at the widget page now and just don’t see anyway to change this screwy layout.
What version of WordPress are you using? When you click on Add to add the widget does anything happen?
3.9.1 the latest. For example I click on add Widget Gravatar Profile (Jetpack), it then takes me to another page. The link is below.
Go to Appearance > Widgets and at the top right, click on Screen Options.
See if the link says Disable accessibility mode. If it does, click on it, and it the Add links should disappear and you should be able to do Drag and Drop again.
If this doesn’t work, it may have something to do with a plugin you have installed. You may have to disable all of them and enable them one by one to see which one may be causing this issue.
How groovy is that. I thought I had done that already. Obviously not. That work. Wow, and thanks. Perfect now.
