    Hi there!

I totally love this theme but I have a problem with the widgets. If I click on a month in archive or on one of the categories it only displays the last post without header. Same if I click on the authors in the posts – only his or her last post is displayed, no header, no featured image, no way to select another post. Also the responsiveness seems to be disabled. Is this a theme problem or rather a general WP problem?

    Thanks!
    Barbara

    Thanks for using Author!

Please try changing your Permalinks settings like this: http://pics.competethemes.com/rV0E. Once you save the update, the category pages should properly display a list of posts.

Thank you very much for your quick answer! I’m afraid that’s not the solution to my problem, though. I changed the permalinks setting as you suggested – problem remains. 🙁

    Okay thanks for trying that.

I think in this case there may be a plugin interfering then. Could you try temporarily deactivating the plugins on your site to check if it corrects the issue?

Bingo. Live Composer is the scapegoat. Do you think that can be fixed or should I try to find another page builder?

There might be a setting you can change in the plugin, but I’m not sure since I have not used Live Composer myself. As an alternative, I would recommend the excellent Elementor plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/elementor/

I’ll try Elementor then. I wasn’t too impressed by Live Composer anyway. Thank you so much for your help, Ben!
