Width and formatting

I am playing around with a dummy site to test my skills, and I am running in to what looks to be a familiar problem with this plugin…

…When loading a widget in to the content portion of a post, the formatting fails due to a restrictive width.

I am using the Hottopix theme, and the “Category Light” widget to list posts in a particular category. The homepage version looks great (left column beneath the square banner ad) – http://www.superatomictv.com/backissues

But click on “Silver Age” at the top, and the same widget is fubar when you get to that page. I cannot find the offending css. Any help?
