    Perhaps you’ve checked the plugin’s responsive setting which enforces such responsive behavior. Uncheck it, save the change, reset any caching, and refresh the page.

    For past users with the same kind of problem, if unchecking Responsive Sizing doesn’t work (i.e., the above recommendation), it was discovered that the theme ended up forcing the behavior.

    It was the theme style that was creating a mess.
