Sounds like your settings aren’t being saved properly. You may have some sort of error on your site that is preventing the save process from completing properly.
On the other hand, since your site isn’t actually responsive, this plugin isn’t going to do anything for you on mobile devices.
What I had to do is disable the theme’s responsive settings (which mess things up anyway), It is fine b/c I find often that theme responsiveness causes less than idea responsiveness so I fixed it all and that means your plugin works GREAT! LOVE IT!
