As previously reported by @restored316, one of my clients also has this same issue. They are on Digital Ocean and I am on SiteGround. It works fine on SiteGround, but runs the error on DO.

Using the Disable Real MIME Type plugin – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/disable-real-mime-check/ and then trying to import again will allow the .wie file to upload.

Please upload the .wie somewhere for me to test with. I’ll test on DO.

Also try without any other plugins active. Does it work in that state? It’s possible another plugin is affecting MIME types accepted for upload.

Updated response: The file will not load with everything disabled other this plugin.

Client on Digital Ocean switched to 2020 theme enabled and all other plugins disabled it still doesn’t work. Same error.

Update: Sent. Client on Digital Ocean just tried the One Click Demo Import plugin and was able to successfully import the .wie file I sent you in the email. But could not import with your plugin.
