Wierd problems

Go to my blog: http://www.radiantrock.com/blog/ and scroll down to the bottom. Notice the location of the Categories section at the bottom. Now click on any post and scroll down to see the categories section moved over. The really weird thing is that it seems to be in a different place for each post. Any ideas on how to fix this?
