wiki theme is not editable

    hello,

    I am using the latest WP version
    Have the free wiki -Theme installed but can not open the theme options one tab, add a link in the menu.

    The sub-items are not displayed when I go with the mouse over it in Dahboard.

    what am I doing wrong?
