    What Plugins or Tools Should I Use?

    I need to add a test/quiz/questionnaire to my WordPress website that allows users to assess one of four psychological traits. Each question will have 7 possible answers, and each answer will have its own psychometric value. I need to:

    1. Calculate the average score based on the selected answers,
    2. Generate an automatic report, and
    3. Send this report to the user via email.

    In other words, I have 10 questions, each with 7 answers carrying different point values. Based on the completed questionnaire, I need to automatically:

    • Calculate the results in two different scales (the sum of some questions forms one scale, and the sum of the remaining questions forms the second scale),
    • Generate a PDF report that includes a chart based on these results, and
    • Automatically send the completed PDF report to the user’s email.

    Will I be able to do this using this plugin? Perhaps with the help of some additional free tools?

    I also use Mailerlite.
    I would be incredibly grateful for any suggestions! 😊

    Dear @polaklaudia,

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that the plugin has one general score and you can’t divide it into different scales.
    The only possible way to achieve a similar result is to create 2 question categories and use the %%results_by_cats%% message variable to display the score of the quiz by question categories that got the user.

    As to the generated report. After quiz completion, a report is generated and it can be sent to the users via email. However, please note, that the report being sent via email is not in the PDF format. It is in the table format.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
