Will not combine files

    I have tried many different settings but no matter what I do the .js files will not combine. Over a dozen attempts with and without CDN (using stackpath) with the CDN re on the phone, clearing caches in between each change. We’ve spent over 2 hours and just cannot figure out what the problem is. I am prepared and had planned on purchasing the pro version of the plugin but the core component will not allow me to complete my tests of the base (and most essential tool). Please advise, sooner rather than later would be most helpful. Thanks.

    Try to combine/minify the files without CDN first, if it’s ok, then it will also work without CDN.

    If you’re using CDN to test minify, it will be hassle because CDN will cache your file, HTML, JS or anything else.

    Hello, First of all, sorry for the late response and the issue you are having.
    I recommended using manual minify (disk). Then go to w3 total minify tab and add all the necessary js and CSS. Once added js and/or CSS remove if there are any queries strings (add js and CSS direct link) eg:- wp-content/theme/mytheme/style.css Please note its a complex work and often requires manual coding, so our pro services may help
    Please make sure to update W3TC to the latest version as a lot of fixes have been applied.
