    Hi There,

I’m trying to get the testimonial widget to rotate through multiple testimonials. It’s just not working – take a look at the sidebar on http://www.ignitordigital.com/new

    Have the following settings:
Count: 1 (have tried 1-10 – still wont slide just puts 10 testimonials in the sidebar)
    Transition: Fade In
    Timer: 2000
    Show Testimonial Title: Yes (checked)
    Show Excerpt: No (unchecked)
Category Slug: Blank – i want them all to show

    Any thoughts?

    Carrie

    Hey!
Since you are currently only displaying one, I cannot see any javascript errors on the site preventing any fading from happening.

I do see that your theme uses the Cycle 1 library and our plugin uses the Cycle 2 library. There is also some other scripts on the page for a carousel. I’m wondering if it is a conflict.

I would use a tool like Firebug, look at it’s console, and try and look for any javascript errors occurring when you display multiple testimonials in the slider.

Some people have been able to overcome issues like this by adding a manual function call to the slider in the footer of their site. If you are comfortable editing your files, I can send you a snippet to try. This is also going to be added to a future update.

    Thanks!
    Richard
