    No matter what settings, deleting and reinstalling, Statcounter will no longer track on my site.

    I had this issue as well, about the same time – but it’s working fine now in WP 3.2.1. And unlike Google Analytics, it leaves no footprint for competitors to find all your other sites (as an internet marketer, I find StatCounter to be one of the few viable options for Google Analytics).
