Please check http://newslines.crxss.org I am trying to put the search in the top menu bar but the autocomplete does not work. The widget also does not work (further down the page). The form works fine in the admin section.

I have tried 1) renaming the searchform.php file 2) adding form class names but nothing works.

Any ideas most appreciated.

disable codilight plugin because it is adding another jQuery library which is older than the one that comes with wordpress

It’s ok I made it work. Check out http://newslines.org.

There is a problem with the categories though.

If you search using the letters “bu” you will see BuddyPress taxonomies. The search should be limited just to the “categories” taxonomy only.
