I’ve been using the free version but was wanting to upgrade to pro , but wondering if it can store a few email templates so i have on file and don’t have to rewrite a full HTML email each time i create another

But here is plugin pro version have email template saving facility you have to import users in order to send emails.You will have newsletter popup facility also
