Sorry for the late reply. Yes with Zopim you can do that. You can get the code and manually paste it onto as many pages/subdomains that you want.
You will then manage the chat in the same dashboard.

I’ve installed the Zopim plugin on my multisite wordpress blog and did a “network activate” of the plugin. However, the chat shows only on the english site (.ch), but not on the german one (.ch/de).
Could you be more specific on how to install the plugin on a wordpress multisite installation, please?
