I am using the PremiumPress Coupon theme and it has a custom post type for coupons. I need to send a daily email containing all newly listed coupons.

Subscribe2 has full support for custom post types and taxonomies, they simply need to be registered with a little code using the Subscribe2 API, more specifically the ‘s2_post_types’ and ‘s2_taxonomies’ hooks as documented here:
