I think they do interfere with one another, I just came here and made this account to ask almost the same question but about WP Statistics plugin. When I have both running I get very different results. see pic below..

it does not show the pic, check here http://imgur.com/a/eAIkb
I see. Yes, those are very different stats. I hope the plugin author can chime in on this topic.
yeah 4 visitors and 5 page views, and the other like 100 visitors and 200 something page views
@bravewhale, the plugin should not interfere with Google Analytics in any way.
@noobwordpress, you should ask the question in the appropriate plugin support forum. This forum is a support for WP Power Stats.
Thank you. That’s just what I needed to know.
p.s. Your plugin UI looks great. Very slick.
I just did a quick test. Can you help me understand if this is working or if there’s a problem?
All settings at default except I set “statistics period” to 0 days.
I went to my home page, the about page, and the contact page. But my stats only show that 1 visitor has gone to the home page, but I have 6 page views.
Also, under “top links” the only link there is a wp-admin url. Why is that?

Thanks!
yes, 1 visitor means you. A visitor is tracked only once. On the other hand, a page view, is just a single view of a page, if administration pages are tracked, then when you navigate WordPress Administrations pages they are also tracked.
Hello,
I understand. However, my settings have Administration Exclusion set to “yes” so I do not think it should be tracking wp-admin pages and listing them under the Top Links stats.
Also, why would it not show my About and Contact page listed under the Top Posts stats, when I visited those pages. I have Track Registered Users set to “yes.”
Thanks again.
