@marcoqwerty For those 0 entries you cant include them and if ever they are selected as a winner you can disqualify them.
You can also email them to ask why they don’t have entry/ies.

Looks like the plugin was buggy, the tool have to check if they correctly complete the survey
@marcoqwerty Yes, that is possible. When the user logs in to your giveaway their information will automatically be saved on your backend regardless if they get an entry or not.
One of the possible reason users thought that they already availed the entries without checking on it or if they did and still 0 then we will check on that.
Can you share with us the giveaway URL?

@marcoqwerty It means the plugin is not buggy and working.
We conclude that one of your users did not avail the entry why they got 0 or if they did avail then they need to make sure that the specific entry is greyed out(Meaning, they successfully availed the entry).
I was thinking the plugin validate the entries before apply to them, or at least send a mail to the use who apply but dont make entries.
Like this i have always to verify the entry.
@marcoqwerty At the moment, we don’t have this feature that will notify the user if no entry avail however as an alternative you can put a note on your giveaway if that user availed 0 entry will be qualify.
Also, we will add this feature to our list for future enhancement.
