Windows Server 401

Hi,
I have uploaded both the zip and installer.php to my wwwroot on a windows web server and i am getting a “401 – Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.” when trying to call the domain.com/installer.php.

From filezilla it appears to have the same permissions as other files i can access.

Any idea how to grant access?
